Weekly Product:
A Weekly Product provides 10 single train trips between two pre-selected stations.
The product must be activated (first used) within 7 days of purchase. Once activated, all trips must be used within 10 days, and any remaining trips will expire.
Unused trips are not refundable.
Monthly Product:
A Monthly Product provides 44 single train trips between two pre-selected stations.
The product must be activated (first used) within 7 days of purchase. Once activated, all trips must be used within 44 days, and any remaining trips will expire.
Unused trips are not refundable.
Gautrain Statement Details:
Based on your Gautrain card statement, a monthly product for travel between **** Station and **** Station was purchased online on ***** 202*.
The product became active upon first use at the ***** Station gates, at***** on ** **** 202*.
Consequently, the expiration date for this product was set for ** **** 202* at ******
Conclusion:
As per standard operating procedures, the 2 trips associated with your product expired after the validity period.
Unfortunately, no refund is due for these expired trips.
