For further investigation, kindly note that we need to see Gautrain transactions from your Apple pay. Kindly send screenshots of all the Gautrain transactions with detailed information, including the date and time.
To check transactions with detailed information, including the date and time, on Apple Wallet, follow these steps:
For Apple Pay Transactions (via Wallet app):
- Open the Wallet app:
- On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
- Select the Card:
- Tap the card (credit/debit card) you want to check transactions for.
- View Transaction Details:
- After selecting the card, you should see a list of recent transactions.
- Tap on a specific transaction to view more details, including the date, time, merchant, and amount for each purchase.
Also:
Kindly send us a screenshot of the R260 notifications received from the bank when we debited your account. Either SMS, email or in-app notifications received. It must show the actual date and time when we debited your account (please do not send us a screenshot from your bank statement).
