Please try to reset your password. Please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to https://www.gautrain.co.za/
  • Select "Account" and click on "Sign In."
  • Click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email address.
  • You will receive either an email or SMS containing a One-Time Password (OTP) or temporary password.
  • Use this temporary password to log in on the https://www.gautrain.co.za/ website. Please note that when prompted for the current password, you should enter the OTP (temporary password) and not any previous passwords.
  • Once logged in, you will be prompted to enter a new password. Type in your new password and submit the changes.
NB!!! "When you receive the OTP, if you choose to copy and paste it into the OTP field, make sure there isn’t an extra space at the end. Simply pressing backspace once should remove it and allow the code to work. Alternatively, you can manually enter the OTP, which should also work without any issues."

NB! Once logged in you can link your current Gautrain card to your already existing profile.
