We maintain strong relationships with various law enforcement agencies and engage with them regularly to discuss emerging crime trends identified by the SAPS.
In response to this, our company is committed to implementing measures to mitigate potential risks and ensure the safety and security of all our commuters and their property, whom we regard as our most valuable asset.
As part of these efforts, we have installed Clear View fencing around our parking facilities to prevent stolen vehicles from being driven over curbs. Additionally, we have heightened security surveillance in parking areas.
With that in mind, the decision was made to fill the parking structure level by level, so that all available resources can be dedicated to monitoring the occupied levels. Once the current level is full, the next level will be opened.
While we understand that these actions may be interpreted differently by some passengers and could cause inconvenience, please know that they are critical to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all. This is an ongoing practice and will continue in the foreseeable future.
